Also known in an effective manner the economic situation will provide the financial statements for its owner to make the right decisions. He focused on the development of specific objectives where: administrative, accounting and tax organization was conducted by multiple features, starting with the lifting of the inventory that facilitated the better organization of commercial products for the fulfillment of economic and financial activity; in the same way they were designed and produced major books and records, developing a plan and manual accounts according to the needs of the company "Ivan Alexandher Torres Torres" and proceeded to record each transaction made by the company in the journal, ledger, balance sheet and financial statements of work which yielded information on the economic and financial situation of the company. The thesis concludes by demonstrating the need for tax accounting and administrative organization of the company, which through its application aimed at improving the administration of it, so that its owner is recommended to consider the thesis, for the same growth that will be a great contribution to the company. |

The thesis concludes by demonstrating the need for tax accounting and administrative organization of the company, which through its application aimed at improving the administration of it, so that its owner is recommended to consider the thesis, for the same growth that will be a great contribution to the company.El trabajo de tesis titulado “ORGANIZACIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA CONTABLE Y TRIBUTARIA A LA EMPRESA COMERCIAL IVAN ALEXANDHER TORRES DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA, EN EL PERIODO 01 DE ENERO AL 31 DE ABRIL DEL 2014”, se desarrolló al aplicar un sistema de contabilidad comercial bajo Normas Internacionales de Contabilidad (NIC) y acorde a las necesidades de la empresa que facilite el control de sus operaciones, permitiendo con ello una máxima optimización de sus recursos encaminado al engrandecimiento de esta empresa. Además conocer de una forma eficaz la situación económica que proporcionará los estados financieros para que su propietario pueda tomar las decisiones correctas. Se enfocó en el desarrollo de los objetivos específicos en donde: se realizó la organización administrativa, contable y tributaria por cuenta múltiple, partiendo con el levantamiento del inventario que facilitó la mejor organización de los productos comerciales para el cumplimiento de su actividad económica y financiera; de la misma manera se diseñaron y elaboraron los principales registros y libros contables, elaboración de un plan y manual de cuentas de acuerdo a las necesidades de la empresa “Iván Alexandher Torres Torres”, procediendo a registrar cada una de las transacciones efectuadas por la empresa en el libro diario, libro mayor, 3 balance, hoja de trabajo y estados financieros lo que permitió conocer la situación económica y financiera de la empresa.
