| Zusammenfassung: | The following research work was carried out in order to analyze the communication products disseminated by the Ministerio de Ambiente, in terms of environmental pollution located in the city of Loja. In which are evidenced what are its activities and strategies applied by this institution to spread its important work in the prevention of environmental pollution. The methods used were: qualitative, quantitative, descriptive and analytical method, the same ones that helped me to describe, explain the existing form and relationship in the handling of the internal and external communication of the institution. For the field research, interviews and pre-elaborated surveys were applied to the local citizens of the parish El Sagrario. According to the survey applied in said parish, it could be concluded that the dissemination of such communication products provided by the MAE are unknown by the majority of the population of Loja, it could also be observed that they have poor communication within the Ministerio de Ambiente in Loja, do not plan their activities and publications for the benefit of the Environment, which limits their complete dissemination to the entire citizenry. The research carried out in the MAE arises the need to look for new forms and new products for environmental awareness, for a good communication management within the institution for which an alternative proposal is presented that allows, among other activities, to develop a radio program resulting from new communication strategies that provide all kinds of environmental information to the loyal public. |
