The Application of accounting in the company "Café Malacatos El Primero en Aroma y Sabor", has been developed given its relevance in the increasingly competitive business environment, with an initiative to provide financial and economic information to the company's management. study, which is dedicated to the sale of roasted and ground coffee. The accounting application that was structured to comply with the objectives proposed in the thesis work, through the preparation of the initial inventory of assets, liabilities and assets it has; the preparation of the plan and manual of accounts duly ordered, detailed, codified, identifying the groups, subgroups, accounts, sub-accounts; and defining its debits, credits and balances; the design of auxiliary sales formats, accounts receivable, payment roles and provisions, and the transcript cards. Finally, the accounting process was developed from the preparation of the daily book, general ledger, balance sheet, worksheet, income statement, statement of financial position and statement of cash flows; the same ones that were carried out under the generally accepted accounting principles; allowing to know the financial and economic situation of the company so that the owner can make the right decisions.
