| סיכום: | The following operations plan is directed to the process of each activity of "Tu Tienda Universitaria" of the public company "La Nacional de Loja EP", its specific objective is to diagnose the marketing process of the company, that is, how it is established and present the current status of each process. It seeks to indicate the processes, activities and problems that the organization is currently facing, this was done through the Mossi format, interviews, direct observations and notes; to identify the most important factors in each process and most common problems that affect the marketing of the product and also to analyze which processes cause loss of time and resources. Similarly, information was gathered on the company's production processes through flow charts to determine the steps to be followed in each process; some of the consequences found in the processes lead to an inadequate allocation of resources, low efficiency and noncompliance with goals. Key performance indicators were presented, which are of great importance because they help to identify strengths and possible areas for improvement, and an interactive problem-solving strategy for improving processes, called PHVA (Plan-Do-Check-Act), was used to identify suggestions for improving the company's production process and a flow chart was drawn up containing the activities to be followed for process improvement. This operations plan seeks to provide a clear and strategic vision of how to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations of "Tu tienda Universitaria", laying the foundations for sustainable growth and a competitive advantage. With a focus on continuous improvement and innovation, this operations plan aims to contribute to the success and prosperity of the store, benefiting both its customers and the university community as a whole. It will act quickly to implement the identified improvement measures to achieve representative results, marking the first step towards managing the business under process management. |
