| Streszczenie: | The present research entitled "Implementation of the Kaizen method in learning to read, had the objective of determining the impact that the Kaizen method has on the learning of reading in the students of the sixth grade "A" of the "José Ingenieros" school, period 2022- 2023; which was made up of the following specific objectives, which are: Identify how reading learning occurs in sixth grade “A” students, through the observation sheet for the analysis of the different reading levels; Design an educational proposal based on the Kaizen method through activities for learning reading; Evaluate the proposal of the Kaizen method to assess the effectiveness and efficiency in learning reading and verify if this method helped the students. The methodology involved a mixed approach, being descriptive as well as qualitative, its design is non-experimental, with the use of methods such as scientific, analytical, synthetic, deductive, inductive, statistical and bibliographic. With this, the techniques used were: direct observation, teacher interviews and student surveys. The sample taken was 12 students and 1 teacher from the “José Ingenieros” Basic Education school, which was selected through nonprobabilistic convenience sampling. The proposal based on the Kaizen methodology was positive due to its comprehensive approach. Finally, the systematic evaluation verified the effectiveness of the proposal, given the teacher support, student participation and quantitative evidence of improvements in reading. It is concluded that the implementation of the Kaizen method positively transformed the learning of reading in students, so it is recommended to consolidate it and incorporate it in future educational initiatives, this with the purpose of energizing the class environment and promoting motivation and imagination. of the student when developing reading skills. |
