DISEÑO DE UN SISTEMA CONTABLE PARA EL CONSULTORIO DENTAL DEL DR. CÉSAR AUGUSTO ROJAS PALADINES DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA. PERÍODO: MARZO-JUNIO DEL 2016

The thesis entitled "SYSTEM DESIGN OF AN ACCOUNTANT FOR DENTAL OFFICE OF DR. CÉSAR AUGUSTO ROJAS PALADINES CITY OF LOJA. PERIOD: MARCH-JUNE 2016 "allowed to reach the fulfillment of the objectives and is making the implementation of an accounting system and so reach an efficient control of economic and financial activities of the office. In the development and implementation of goals was developed each accounting procedures with their definitions, showing the movement and activity of the office during the period March- June 2016, through the financial statements, to hear real way the situation Also, the design of an accounting system was performed. Starting with the lifting of the inventory that facilitated the better organization of materials for the fulfillment of their economic and financial activity, in the same way they were designed and developed the main books and records, developing a plan and manual account agreement the needs of the office of Dr. Cesar Augusto Rojas Paladins, proceeding to register each of the transactions carried out by the office in the journal, ledger, balance, worksheet and financial statements, finally came to the implementation of the key financial indicators allowing to know the economic and financial situation of the office. The thesis work was developed through the Rules, Policies, Principles, Techniques and Procedures governing accounting, which is true and analyzes all Accounting Process of office, becoming fundamental and indispensable instrument to act decisively in the building, management and utilization of human, material and financial resources thereof. 5 The thesis concludes by demonstrating the reality and the need to design an accounting system for the dental office of Dr. Cesar Augusto Rojas Paladins, which it through its proper use is a guide to improve the organization and administration of the office, right why his owner is recommended to consider the thesis work, it will be a contribution to the development and growth of the same.
