La lactancia materna para fortalecer el desarrollo afectivo de los niños de 0 a 1 año del CNH Colinas de Belén de la ciudad de Loja. Período lectivo 2017 – 2018

The present Thesis does reference to: THE LACTANCIA MATERNAL TO STRENGTHEN THE AFECTIVE DEVELOPMENT OF DE BOY OF 0 TO 1 YEAR OF THE CNH HILLS OF BELÉN OF TE CITY OF LOJA. PERIOD LECTIVO 2017 – 2018.The aim of this study was to know how influences the lactancia maternal in the affective development of the boys of 0 to 1 year. It treats of a qualitative study-descriptive. The methods used for this work were: the scientific method, analytical-synthetic, descriptive. The data that allowed to check the proposal of the project, obtained by means of a guide of observation to evaluate the quality of lactancia; the ambito affective was evaluated with the scale of Massie-Campbell; the knowledge of the importance of the lactancia with a survey. The sample was confirmed by 30 mothers of family. The results determine that in relation to the affective development reveals us that 56.7%of the boys shows an apego safe, whereas 26,7%an apego unsure evitativo, and 16,7% an apego unsure ambivalent.And in question to the knowledge of mothers about lactation a 66.7% do not know their importance or benefits, while a 33.3% if you know them, and with respect to practice 43.3% gives lactate your child, but a 56.7% does not. What leads us to conclude that the practice of breastfeeding guarantees a safe attachment and the formation of affective bonds in the child. So it is recommended for mothers to educate themselves and prepare themselves to take on the great challenge of maternity.
