| Streszczenie: | In the actuality we are immersed in a process of globalization, factor in which companies have seen the need to evolve and market through digital media. The present study has as general objective to design a digital media plan for the diffusion of the tourist attractions of the El Cisne parish, Loja canton, in order to achieve all the accomplishment of this investigation three specific objectives were proposed; the first to make a diagnosis of the potential tourist attractions and the digital media. Of the El Cisne parish, Loja canton having as a result 8 tourist attractions raised and in terms of digital media; an internal and external audit was carried out in the application of https://semrush.com having as a result that the website does not comply with the necessary information, also was applied an interview to local actors having non conformity of a bad diffusion of the tourist attractions by the parish GAD and finally the FODA was done of digital media, as soon as for objective two, determine the objective to whom the digital media plan will be directed, the survey technique was applied and what was done to effective demand, which as a result indicates a general ignorance of digital media, both from the website and the facebook of the El Cisne parish, this also allowed us to define the buyer person or ideal client who is young people and tourist interested in religions tourism. That is why they go to the digital media in this case to the website and the social network of facebook that are the official pages that the El Cisne parish GAD has and the customer journey, which are the experiences of the clients that are found on the website and on the facebook of the El Cisne parish; finally, objective three is to propose a digital media plan for the dissemination of the tourist attractions of the El Cisne parish, the proposal of the content plan for the website and for the facebook is indicated and to find a connector a budget was established for both we proceed to the approach of the conclusion of the investigation. |
