In addition to optimizing thetime in the development of this process, the system improves the image of the institution, it is important that the institution is kept up to date on the importance that is taking the technological development within the business field. El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo el Desarrollo de un Sistema Interno de Adquisiciones (Compras Públicas) para la Empresa Eléctrica Regional del Sur (EERSSA), el cual permite optimizar el proceso de Adquisiciones previo a ser subido al Portal de Compras Públicas con todos los subprocesos que conlleva el mismo como son la elaboración y aprobación de solicitudes, certificaciones, pliegos, resoluciones y memorandos que pueden ser realizados dependiendo de las funciones que tenga cada usuario del sistema.
