Proyecto de factibilidad para la implementación de una microempresa productora y comercializadora de agua purificada en el cantón Cuyabeno, provincia de Sucumbíos para el año 2016

The present research topic is: "FEASIBILITY PROJECT FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A MICROENTERPRISE PRODUCER AND PURIFIED WATER MANUFACTURER IN CANTÓN CUYABENO, PROVINCE OF SUCUMBÍS FOR THE YEAR 2016", the idea arose of producing purified water in 20 liter drums for To satisfy the needs of the inhabitants since there is no microenterprise dedicated to this activity, which is why it is proposed to carry out an investigation to know the feasibility of the project. The respective methods (inductive, deductive and statistical) were used and the techniques (observation and surveys) were segmented to the study population by families, which in 2016 is located in 1825, taking a sample of 318 surveys. The market study allowed us to determine the potential demand for purified water in the Cuyabeno canton, which amounted to 1,866 families, of which 70.22% consume water in 20 liter drums with a per capita consumption of 156 drums per year, reaching a demand Real by consumption of 150,567 of this total, 97.58% of families wish to consume the product of the new company, obtaining an effective demand of 146,917, while the current offerers of the market trade 30,004 drums, consequently there is an unsatisfied demand of 116,913 drums. In the Technical Study it was established that the installed capacity of the plant is 78,000 drums per year, production that covers 67% of unsatisfied demand. The company will be located in Tarapoa Parish, El Triunfo precinct, with Lago Agrio direction 68 km left margin, and the production process takes 230 minutes. The administrative structure of the micro-enterprise was established, consisting of 4 hierarchical levels, 6 positions and 8 new sources of work. The micro-enterprise will be constituted as a limited liability company whose name is "Agua Pura". In the Financial Study, a total investment of $ 119,990.83 was determined, of which 37.50% will be financed through the BanEcuador, at an interest rate of 11.26%. The unit cost of production is $ 1.16 and the sales price with the $ 1.51 profit margin is 30% reaching a sales revenue of $ 94,206.90. The expected profit for the first year of operation is $ 12,972.29 and cash flow of $ 19,051.64. The break-even occurs when the company works with an installed capacity of 65.36% and with a sales revenue of $ 61,576.24 at this point the company "Agua Pura" does not win or lose. In the economic and financial evaluation was calculated the Net Present Value of $ 25,844.02; Internal Rate of Return of 15.67%; The Cost Benefit Ratio of $ 1.38; Capital recovered in 5 years, 3 months and 1 day and the Sensitivity Analysis shows that the company supports the increase in costs of up to 11.55% and a decrease in revenue of up to 8.40%. Finally, the evaluation of the Environmental and Social Impact of the project was carried out, referring to the first point, classified as category I, because it moderately affects the environment, and in the second respectively, the implementation of this project will contribute positively to the inhabitants Of the sector, the same being feasible.
