Tag hinzufügen | Zusammenfassung: | The present work of Curricular Research is designed to the "Formulation of the process and sub-processes of support of Industrial Safety for the management by results in the Unit of Occupational Safety and Health of the National University of Loja, Year 2021", in order to determine which are the current processes, and the creation of a proposal of a manual of process and sub processes that contribute to the systematization, streamlining of services and for the knowledge of the university community, based on the theory of the new public management. This proposal was made from a qualitative research approach applying methods and techniques such as: A semi-structured interview guide for the collection of information on the process and sub-processes for the development of a situational diagnosis, which was carried out both with the assistant director and the person in charge of the industrial safety area, and direct observation in order to support and validate the information collected, This resulted in knowing the current status of the process and sub-processes managed by the Sub-directorate of Occupational Safety and Health of Loja of the National University of Loja, in addition to the fact that it does not have the support of the department responsible for the dissemination of the activities carried out both preventive and inductive, it does not have a manual of process and sub-processes of occupational risk prevention management, so it is important to present the proposal of a manual of process and sub-processes in order to streamline and systematize the services based on an effective strategic management. Finally, three conclusions and recommendations were drawn up in which each of the results is briefly defined, so that they can be taken into consideration for the efficient and optimal execution of the industrial safety processes and sub-processes. |
