Шошго нэмэх | Тойм: | The purpose of this Degree Work is to carry out a feasibility study for the migration of Information Technology services to Cloud Computing, for the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government of Loja. The results of this feasibility study will serve the Directors of the Municipal GAD to make the decision to migrate IT services to the cloud. For the development of this feasibility study, it was first identified and determined the technological services that the municipal GAD of Loja wishes to migrate to the cloud, after which a criticality analysis was carried out where it was indicated which services are feasible to migrate to the Cloud, because not all technological services have the same level of direct impact with business continuity. The service model and implementation model of Cloud Computing was determined that best adapts to the Institution's requirements and additionally an analysis of Cloud Computing providers was made for their subsequent hiring. In order to carry out the feasibility stage of the migration, the technical, operational, economic and environmental ecological areas were taken. Finally, a migration plan was drawn up that is designed under the guidelines of the PMI (Project Management Institute) as deliverable for the Director of Computer Systems of the GAD Municipal de Loja, where the processes to be followed for the migration to Cloud Computing are specified. As a final result, the migration of IT services towards Cloud Computing will be optimal for the Organization as a business model. The completion of the Titration Work allowed to give a solution to the research problem which was raised in the project profile of the degree project (Pre-project), it was recommended to the Director of Information Systems of the Municipal GAD of Loja that before carrying out The migration will perform an analysis regarding the feasibility of legal aspects with the selected provider. |
