Riassunto:The main purpose of the research was to determine user satisfaction of the health service in the area of outpatient Hospital Day-IESS city of Loja; the aim is to establish the cause dimensions of satisfaction or dissatisfaction, the user through perception and expectations; in its qualitative and quantitative dimension. The present work was made with each of the phases of the research process, with regard to the development and presentation of work qualification, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation Academic Board of the National University of Loja. The content of the research is carried out following a tiered approach, matching a series of content as it is presented below: literature review, materials and methods used are described in a way that makes it possible for other researchers to repeat the investigative process. The results are presented in order of the specific objectives as established in the methodology, in discussing the theoretical contrast analytic where the correlation of user satisfaction and the results are set is made; Finally the findings with their respective recommendations.
