الملخص:The higher education institutions on their campus offer a great variety of services and benefits such as: libraries, cafeterias, green areas, and laboratories among others. The Access is opened; however, the information about their location of these places is uncertain, which causes confusion to the visitors, students, administrative staff and professors. The current work known as “Augmented Reality for the Visualization of Internal and External Infrastructure of the Buildings of Universidad Nacional de Loja through Mobile Environments”, helps fast and efficiently to find a place where people want to go to through the use of their smartphone.In order to fulfill this work, a previous study was made applying methodology according to the topic, which helped to determine the theme to study, set objectives, structure the art and come through with solutions to the problem. We also made a study about “Augmented Reality”, determining the acceptance of artificial intelligence. After this, we proceeded to determine its feasibility inside the theme in order to establish if it would be helpful to solve the problem. Once it was made, we created models of External Infrastructure of the campus in order to provide information timely, reliable and in real-time, reducing the looking for Academic Spaces. Finally, we developed a mobile application for “Android” operative system. It was created based on a previous study about acceptance and because it helps to solve the problem previously mentioned. In this application, it is included the Augmented Reality which shows all the Academic Spaces through images identifying different access that are located inside the campus.
