Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora de lustre natural para lavar ollas a base de cáscara de arroz quemado y reciclado, y su comercialización en el cantón macará, provincia de Loja

The present research has as its theme: "FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR CREATING A NATURAL GLOSS PRODUCTION COMPANY TO WASH COOKING RICE SHELL BASE BURNED AND RECYCLING, AND MARKETING IN THE CANTON MACARÁ, Loja Province" was developed with the aim to determine the financial feasibility for implementation based on their market acceptance and profitability. To achieve raised indicated the following overall objective: to determine the feasibility of creating a company producing natural luster to wash pots based on rice husk burning and recycling, and marketing in Cantón Macará, Loja Province. To comply with the objectives we used the following methods and techniques: the scientific method to gather information and provide theoretical foundation: the inductive method to determine the preferences of the families of the Cantón Macará this by conducting surveys and interviews, I apply in the market study, the Deductive Method, allowed to determine the problem and present the findings, the Statistical Method for the collection, organization, presentation, analysis and interpretation of information, supported by statistical tables and charts. The techniques are: Observation, allowed to observe the processes of elaboration Natural Gloss, The interview, commissioned sector distributors supply the Canton, The survey was applied to Macará Canton families to determine the conditions of demand and offer natural luster. The administrative organization is structured according to the required needs, maintaining specified levels in the organizational hierarchy proposed in the project and manual functions corresponding to the activities established for each position, to complete the development of the present investigation it was determined the following conclusions and recommendations. - The market study was aimed at Macará Canton families, according to the analysis of this study determined that the project is viable, by the results obtained in the analysis of supply and demand.
