Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de papel kraft en base al bagazo de la caña de azúcar en la ciudad de Loja

The study of This Project was done in Loja, and the main goal was to determine how convenient is to create and built a manufacturing industry which focuses in the production of kraft paper extracted from sugar cane in Loja. This Project was based on survey carried out for the author. The author collected information about users by administering surveys to 397 family around the city, in the main urbans districts of the city and surveys in the most important distributers of this kind of products. The effective demand of this product is 1056021 paper kraft rolls for domestic purpouse. With this aspect we pretend to offer 174.150 paper kraft roll at year but this is not enough to satisfy the real demand of 881871 paper kraft at year. This investigation showed how to determine the location macro and micro of facilities, and get to chance to process raw material which is provided for local farmers, good basic service and infrastructure carry on to take resolution of the location. This Project is planned to be constructed in Malacatos because is easy to get there. The industry is located in Malacatos El Vergel to 300 meters from Victor Mercante School. It is planned to contract 13 people, a manager, human resourses manager, a counter , a counter asistant, a cashier for manager deparment, a chief of production, two manual workers and a worker. In order to make the Project, it was used deductive method that help us to go throght outside to inside using scientific method and get where need to go and to know how to determine the factibility of this Project. This industry is goinf to call BACAPEL CIA. LTDA, and a descriptive method is going to used to analize data which is going to obteined by surveys. The potencial demand was provided by surveys and its very hopefully these results that shows a huge factibility in our environment. This study has analized elements related with the basic engeening of the product, identifing process and methods for its execution. Thats means it is required insfrastruture and mashines with the manufacturing purposes either personal for production process, space for production and raw material in order to put everything in place that we need to do. In the management study it is considered how to organized spaces for production , and operational system production with local suppliers to execute this Project. Furthermore we must considered how to establish this industry and what kind of this industry is, legal and work aspects and operative manual. His study confirm that it is necessary 574778,41 dolars to implant this industry. The main capital it would be own funds, an estimations of 300.000 and 274778,41 by bank funds with an interest rate of 10,47 at 5 years. This study try to determine the factibility of this Project and results recommend to execute and create tihs Project that it is going to make a lot of money and it is going to generate employments in this part of the country.
