El Fotorradar como medida de Seguridad Vial y su impacto en el Tránsito de la Ciudad de Loja Periodo septiembre 2015 – abril 2016

This research, "the FOTORRADAR as measure of road safety and its impact on traffic in the city of LOJA period September 2015 - April 2016", contributes to know the reality of the functioning of these technological mechanisms and their operation, and identified the control carried out in transit vehicles in the city of Loja. For characterize to them drivers and pedestrians is applied surveys, focused to collect information on the perceptions that have of them fotorradares, if has helped in the regulation of the transit, knowledge of the measure of security road on the control of speed. Similarly was the implementation of the instrument for drivers, 5 points of location of the fotorradares of the city, on the basis of four categories by type of licence (A, B, C, D) and gender equity. It should be noted that for pedestrians also be I desagrego in 5 areas considered by the research with increased frequency of citizens for the implementation of the instrument. Obtained the information base, was calculated taking into account the perception of citizenship where unveiled in average known that serves the operation of technological mechanisms called fotorradares, which comply with their principal purpose, having obtained the following result, 88,31% know that you measure speeding, which has helped 55.38% in the reduction of accidents in transit.
