Estudio de impacto ambiental de la empresa minera Tocadulomo S.A. ubicada en la parroquia Bellamaría, cantón Santa Rosa, provincia de El Oro.

This research work was carried out in the mining company Tocadulomo SA, located in the parish Bellamaría, canton Santa Rosa, El Oro province. Company dedicated to underground mininggold, silver and concentrate minerals. The research identified the main environmental and social impacts caused by the mining company, for which the lifting of the base of the mining company line where the delimitation of the areas of influence and characterization of the abiotic components developed was conducted, biotic and economic partner, using information obtained in the field and secondary data collected from various literature sources. Then we proceeded to the identification and assessment of environmental impacts, for which a description of the company and the activities therein performed in the phases of exploration, exploitation and closure, by which it was determined the existence of held 21 and 8 socioeconomic environmental impacts, quantitative evaluation thereof was performed by matrix importance, which showed that 89.7% of the negative impacts are identified and only 10.3% are positive, being the operational phase which causes great damage to the environment. With this information we proceeded to design an environmental management plan, which contains 9 programs, focused on the conservation and sustainable management of natural resources exploited.
