Ամփոփում:The present research work was carried in Loja city. Is has as theme: The teacher training and the education of children with special abilities in the Unidades Educativas de la ciudad de Loja: “Heroes del Cenepa” –“La Pradera”- “Tierras Coloradas” in the period: September-July of 2012 – 2013. It was executed in order to analyze whether the teachers of Municipal Schools Loja city, are trained to educate children with special needs and to know whether the preparation provided to these children is adequate. The study population was 7 teachers working in the Municipal Educational Centers: Heroes del Cenepa- La Pradera- y Tierras Coloradas. For the development of the research, it followed several methods, the same that were: exploratory, scientific, analytical, synthetic, inductive, deductive and bibliographic and as technique the survey. After the analysis is concluded that the teachers of Municipal Schools don’t have the necessary training currently to manage children with special disabilities, so that 57.14% of the teachers don’t provide special stimulation and manipulative and 28.57% don’t give extra time to carry out their activities, that is presented in the first hypothesis. In relation to the second hypothesis, on a percentage of 85.71%, parents say that teachers don’t encourage dialogues with known texts, is also defined that most teachers in these centers require dialogues; training programs that enable them to cover the concerns present in this type of disabilities that are generated in the society.
