Miêu tả
Tóm tắt:Natural products are trendy worldwide due to their health benefits. Among the outstanding enterprises in rural areas is the production and commercialization of panela. The general objective of this research is to carry out a feasibility study for the implementation of a microenterprise dedicated to the production and commercialization of block and granulated panela in the city of Yantzaza, province of Zamora Chinchipe. The goal is to install a profitable microenterprise with a market by offering quality products, thus promoting the consumption of local products and providing producers with an opportunity to generate additional income through the sale of panela in its various presentations. To carry out the study, a mixed, exploratory and descriptive methodology was used with a transversal axis in order to gather information on the preferences of the inhabitants of the city of Yantzaza in relation to similar products. Among the results, the market, technical and economic analysis revealed a great acceptance and acceptance towards the implementation of the microenterprise. Regarding the Financial Evaluation, the Net Present Value (NPV) is positive $ 50.651,70; the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) has a percentage of 26,50%. The benefit-cost ratio is $ 1,23, which means that for every dollar invested, a benefit of 0,23 ctvs. is obtained, and a sensitivity analysis of 0.99% for the increase in costs and 0.99% for the decrease in income, this being the break point or the limit that the project could withstand in the event of any change. Finally, once the financial tools have been applied, it is concluded that the creation of the microenterprise is financially viable and presents a profitable business opportunity.
