| Özet: | This present document is based on the DEVELOPMENT OF A STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF STEEL STRUCTURES " PROINGUR SA " LOCATED IN THE CITY OF AMERICAN, in which there has been a theoretical basis which once served to reinforce knowledge, the information obtained after proceeded to use it in the Manager interviews, surveys carried out at 15 employees and 381 customers of the company. After completing the analysis of external factors that could determine who owns the business opportunities is that thanks to technological renewal offer, the market increasingly expands as currently most of the big builders are replacing structures the metal wood, which drives companies engaged in this activity to expand their market and benefit as part of unions related to the sector, because every day the population growth expands in the city of Guayaquil. As threats are stronger political and economic instability we are currently living in the country , resulting in the rise in prices of materials , business rivalry between causing unfair competition, lack of own brands , as the company provides services working with much stronger companies in the market . After done the internal factors analysis it was determined that the company PROINGUR SA has strengths as records of suppliers of their products, which have been working with them for several years , making important alliances with them , allowing customers to offer their products at competitive prices , one of the strengths is that the company is very timely in the delivery of their orders himself is something that characterizes its products are delivered under the specifications given by the customer , something that makes them aggressive and competitive , additional capacity has a very good physical and machinery , the environment labor is another good resource , since employees are old and maintain a good relationship of partnership , enter the weaknesses found that the company lacks personnel training , does not have a strategic plan , the space distribution of the chain is defective , and time in “ELABORACIÓN DE UN PLAN ESTRATEGICO PARA LA CONSTRUCTORA DE ESTRUCTURAS METALICAS “PROINGUR S.A” UBICADA EN LA CIUDAD DE GUAYAQUIL”. the process is a little high , do not have a comprehensive study to find out how much competition market covers , and with this power market analysis in order to better positioning.
