Similarly models accounting records are designed as: daybook, seniors, trial balance, worksheet among other documents used for the development of the accounting process, these reports were served basis for applying financial analysis to through indicators disclosed what their liquidity, activity and indebtedness of the company, a result that shed to its owner take the best decisions. Finally he ran and design the accounting cycle drawing a record inventory of property, stocks and bonds owned by the company, taking support proper source documentation, plan and manual accounts according to the needs of the company was conducted, which led to the initial situation, and thus aids purchases, sales, accounts prepared receivable and roles of payments allowed to raise the daybook, seniors, trial balance, and with the help of 5 non-accounting tool called leaf work settings were drawn up to determine the financial statements, financial indicators that allowed the real knowledge of the liquidity and solvency of the company was applied. It culminated with the presentation of conclusions, of which the importance of applying the accounting process in Cedeinfor as it will contribute to the proper management of activities and economic control, for which the owner is recommended to take into account this thesis stands, so that correct measures are adopted taking into account the recommendations |
