Итог:The present research THE IMPORTANCE OF THE INTERVENTION OF THE WORKER IN THE STRENGTHENING OF THE CONDITIONS LABOR TALENT HUMAN OF THE FEDERATION SPORT OF LOJA IN THE FRAMEWORK CONSTITUTIONAL OF RIGHTS AND JUSTICE THAT CONDUCIVE TO THE GOOD LIFE. PERIOD JANUARY-APRIL 2014, is structured according to the internal of graduation of the University national regulation of Loja. The General goal raised was to "Promote the good live human talent of the Sports Federation of Loja; requiring the constitutional framework of rights and justice", where he is set fair compensation, environments best work for the performance of their duties, equality and equity. Included in the theoretical framework, aspects relating to Social work in the workplace, working conditions, human talent, Sports Federation of Loja and determining legal aspects within the constitutional framework of rights and justice that protect the workforce, ending with the Plan of good living as a State policy that is applied to improve the living conditions of the Ecuadorian labour force. Using a methodological design under the mixed paradigm of quali-quantitative research, the application of methods: scientist, deductive, inductive, analytical and historical which allowed to obtain the necessary knowledge and reliable results. A survey was applied which was aimed at a population quantifiable and limited 90 people that formed administrative staff (30 people) and technical (60 persons) of the Sports Federation of Loja, with which you could meet its findings with respect to the problem raised. It was conducted two interviews, (1) the head of human talent and (1) the Secretary of the Union, who managed to close the subject of analysis of this thesis. The result of the research reflected in the tabulation, interpretation and analysis of data, with their respective statistical tables, shows reality in terms of the lack of a functional organic, the absence of interpersonal relationships, ignorance of labor rights, deficiency in the prompt disposition of conditions, lack of intervention plans that allow overcoming different social problems. In response to the problem. There is an intervention Plan aimed at the sector administrative and technical that empower human beings and achieve better interpersonal relations and working conditions through the intervention of professionals in the career of Social work in Sports Federation of Loja.
