The Rights of Food are rights that guarantees in a comprehensive way because if this right is violated, the right to survival and integral development of children and adolescents would be violated. Hence, the problems posed in order to ensure the integral development of those fed for the benefit of the child and adolescent, likewise comply with the characters, principles through reforms that allow through transparency of accountability of alimony; that children enjoy Food Rights, health, housing and that their rights are respected. The State, society and family shall promote as a priority the integral development of children and adolescents and ensure the full exercise of their rights shall prevail over those of other persons. The Higher Interest of the Child is preceded by any right or legal norm, for which reason any rule that precedes it must be reformed, in order to guarantee the right to food in favor of children and adolescents. The theoretical and field work of this thesis has allowed me to obtain criteria, with clear and precise foundations, of highly recognized bibliography, which contributed to the verification of objectives, and testing of hypotheses, allowing to support the changes to the Organic Code of Childhood and Adolescence, prior to guaranteeing the transparency of the rendering of accounts of alimony. |
