总结: | Medicinal plants are living beings of nature that have healing properties which lie in their active ingredients; ancestral knowledge is a set of practices based on the ancestral medical knowledge of a population, transmitted by family or community tradition; Ethnobotany indicates that it is the interaction of man with plants that for a long time ago and as today for many people is a way of life within the worldview of more than 80 countries worldwide are used by Traditional Agents of Health in the prevention, healing and treatment of diseases of cultural affiliation. The present investigation was carried out in the Quinara parish with the objective of describing the use of medicinal plants in the healing of diseases of cultural affiliation in the Quinara parish, Qhapaq- Ñan route. Descriptive, cross-sectional and ethnographic study, with a mixed approach. The quantitative component was investigated by reviewing documents published with the help of bibliographic records and it was determined that there are 1,384 inhabitants, the majority men with 52%, the majority age group is 15 to 64 years with 57%, 96% of The inhabitants self-identify as mestizos, 17.1%, this being the total number of illiterate people, the total of 34% of people remain economically active, the majority dedicating themselves to agriculture. The qualitative part of the research was carried out by means of in-depth interviews applied to the ATS, obtaining as results that the most widely used medicinal plants are: rue, rosemary, escancel, fig, elderberry, linden and diseases of cultural affiliation are: bad air, nerves, fright, infections and the flu; Also used in labor and also for the recovery of the same and production of breast milk, finally, the ways of preparing medicinal plants are: poultice and infusion.
