| description | The present study “DIAGNÓSTICO COMUNITARIO DE SALUD DEL BARRIO SAN AGUSTIN SECTOR I, SEPTIEMBRE-DICIEMBRE 2013," is framed in the macro project LA CARRERA DE ENFERMERIA EN LA ATENCION INTEGRAL DEL SISTEMA NACIONAL DE SALUD FAMILIAR COMUNITARIO E INTERCULTURAL, HOSPITAL UNIVERSITARIO DE MOTUPE, SEPTIEMBRE-DICIEMBRE DE 2013, aims to contribute to the social development of the town , bringing with statistical data that will enable them to basic health teams Motupe University Hospital , develop strategies for maintaining and improving the health of individuals, families and communities, from a biopsychosocial , multidisciplinary and intercultural approach. The study was Descriptive type , emphasizes the analysis and interpretation of the facts and the methodology relied on strategies established in the comprehensive care model of health, such as Home Visit Family Listing to apply and interview guide that allowed complete information to the baseline , where priority problems were identified to take appropriate technical and political decisions to the local reality seeking to optimize institutional responses and encourage community participation in improving health conditions . ( Guerrero and Slimming , 2009:4 ) . Among the most relevant indicators such as prevalence data excel, male , level of basic education, / as heads of households are engaged in activities such as household chores , farming , masonry . Schoolchildren and adolescents in cases of malnutrition and overweight and most of them studying appreciated. Family planning for women of childbearing age, the rhythm method is the most widely used. Keywords : Community Health Diagnostic , Epidemiological ProfileEl presente estudio titulado “DIAGNÓSTICO COMUNITARIO DE SALUD DEL BARRIO SAN AGUSTIN SECTOR I, SEPTIEMBRE-DICIEMBRE 2013”, está enmarcado en el macro proyecto LA CARRERA DE ENFERMERIA EN LA ATENCION INTEGRAL DEL SISTEMA NACIONAL DE SALUD FAMILIAR COMUNITARIO E INTERCULTURAL, HOSPITAL UNIVERSITARIO DE MOTUPE, SEPTIEMBRE-DICIEMBRE DE 2013, pretende contribuir con el desarrollo social de la localidad, aportando con datos estadísticos; los mismos que permitirán a los Equipos Básicos de Salud del Hospital Universitario de Motupe, elaborar estrategias para el mantenimiento y mejoramiento de la salud de las personas, familias y comunidades, desde un enfoque biopsicosocial, multidisciplinario e intercultural. El estudio fue de tipo Descriptivo, hace énfasis en el análisis e interpretación de los hechos y la metodología se apoyó en estrategias establecidas en el Modelo de Atención Integral de Salud, tales como: Visita Domiciliaria para aplicar la Ficha Familiar y guía de entrevista que permitió completar la información para la línea de base, donde se identificaron problemas prioritarios para tomar decisiones técnicas y políticas adecuadas a la realidad local buscando optimizar las respuestas institucionales y propiciar la participación comunitaria en el mejoramiento de las condiciones de salud. (Guerrero y Slimming, 2009:4). Entre los datos más relevantes sobresalen indicadores como prevalencia, de sexo masculino, nivel de educación básico, los/as jefes de familia se dedican a actividades como: haceres domésticos, agricultura, albañilería. En escolares y adolescentes se aprecia casos de desnutrición y sobrepeso y gran parte de ellos estudia. La planificación familiar en mujeres en edad fértil, el método de ritmo es el más utilizado. En el perfil epidemiológico de las enfermedades crónicas prevalece la HTA.
