| Résumé: | At the moment guided tendencies exist to improve the security such vial as "Vision Zero" whose objective is the eradication of the accidents of I traffic with result of you kill humans, of wounded or of having disabled outlining a series of changes from the physical structure of the vehicles until in the legal thing what has been taken into account on the part of the countries that conform the European Community where the main thing is to take care of the integrity of all the inhabitants of who this integrated the technological advances arisen in the last years like the tacografo they have been integrated this way to the terrestrial transport to achieve an I traffic with more benefits in what has to see to security. With the emergence of the tacografo the necessity was accentuated of regulating the times of conduction and rest since for the drivers this control apparatus it toasts a series of information like hours traveled state of the vehicle and the speeds that it has printed this during its itinerary this for a strict control in the roads on the part of the taken charge authorities, that that had contributed to brake the accidents of I traffic that they took place for the fatigue of who is either after the steering wheel for fatigue or dream, for what I have seen necessary the knowledge of this topic of supreme relevance in our country through the Organic Law of Terrestrial Transport, I Traffic and Security Vial that in spite of to see but modified it doesn't still contemplate this problem. In the development d of this work has also been able to give bill that in the positive right we don't find any norm that benefits to the driver in the execution of its work but only sanctions. that translucent with the rights so much of pedestrians as of passengers contemplated in the regulation to the Law organic Terrestrial Transport, I Traffic and Security Vial since remembers the I traffic it not only conforms it the driver and vehicle but pedestrians the state of the roads, etc. The theoretical work and of field of the present thesis it allowed me to obtain approaches, with foundations clear and precise point of relating bibliographical, juridical and doctrinal that contributed to the verification of objectives, and verification of the outlined hypotheses, allowing to support the changes proposed to the Organic Law of Terrestrial Transport, I Traffic and Security Vial in the sense of locating articles where the times of conduction and rest are contemplated in our country |
