Yhteenveto:The present research work entitled: Family interaction to strengthen the emotional development of children aged 4 to 5 years old parallel "A" at Unidad Educativa "Filomena Mora de Carrión" of the city of Loja, during the 2017-2018 school year has as general objective: Demonstrate how family interaction influeces in the emotional development of children aged 4 to 5 years old. This study was a qualitative and pre-experimental investigation, the methods used were: the deductive, scientific, statistical, analytic-sintetic and the descriptive method; to obtain the information, some techniques were used, such as: observation, surveys to parents, an interview with the teacher, and to consolidate the research the human figure test was applied, having as main feature the smile curve demonstrating that from 23 children, 52% draw happy, while 48% draw sad, after obtaining the results, researcher proceed to the application of the proposal that consists of talks for parents and special activities to carry out with the students for the period of two months.After that, a posttest was applied in order to contraste the results before and after the proposal. At the end of the investigation it was concluded that the way how parents relate with their children influences in the emotional development , in the same way, it was possible to determine that the good treatment and affection offered by the parents can generate positive attitudes on children.
