| Sumari: | This thesis work is entitled: “Need to aggravate the existing sanctions in the organic comprehensive Penal Code in relation to the abandonment of children”. It is a study of the regulations of our country and from different countries, in order to find the fault of the because these offences corresponds to the country as a very common problem, becoming so the main phenomenon that affects that you affect children and adolescents as well as the development of a State. To observe every day in institutions engaged in the care of abandoned children, influx of children on the streets dedicated to begging because it is their only means of life to be able to feed and survive the bad luck that has to run thanks to major decisions that an adult can take against the life of a being so innocent that it may not use if same. This occurs the sanctions imposed under the Penal organic code are not sufficient to allow a good repression for the offender of these crimes that cause damages both for society and for the life of the human being endangered. The main focus of this thesis will be the need for deepening the article 45 of the comprehensive code of criminal since it is the only current regulations is punishable where such offences, the code of childhood and adolescence there is a vacuum of legal in terms of this types |
