| Shrnutí: | The present work of curricular integration was presented with the objective of developing the game as an alternative to improve the capacity of strength in tenth grade A students of the Unidad Educativa Fernando Suárez Palacio. Loja, 2023; the approach used was mixed, correlational and a quasi-experimental design. Diagnostic instruments such as physical tests of explosive strength and endurance strength were applied to a sample of 28 students. According to the results obtained once the diagnostic instruments were applied, in the application of the pre-test it is evident that 46% of the investigated population is in a medium level range, 43% in a good level range and 11% in an excellent level range. These results are considerable in terms of the other indicators of the physical tests applied. Subsequently, based on these results, a pedagogical proposal was designed, applied and evaluated based on an activity plan to improve the strength capacity through games with the purpose of improving these results, which was evidenced in 10 class plans with activities related to playful and traditional games and recreational activities according to the age of the students. A post-test was applied where the effectiveness of the pedagogical intervention proposal was evidenced, where the maximum level or range of excellent was achieved. It is concluded that, based on the results obtained, the design of the pedagogical intervention proposal was considered fundamental, in order to make use of the game as a means to improve the capacity of strength, which is fundamental in physical education classes, as for the results obtained from the post-test, the development of the physical capacities was improved, thus demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposal in the present research.
