The research thesis work ―IMPLANTACIÓN DE LA CONTABILIDAD EN EL SINDICATO PROVINCIAL DE OPERADORES Y MECANICOS DE EQUIPO CAMINERO EL ORO DE LA CIUDAD DE MACHALA, PROVINCIA DE EL ORO PERIODO ABRIL A JUNIO DEL 2013‖ consists of elaborate accounting procedures and applications that allow known with accuracy and consistency management of financial - economic situation of the company, with the presentation of its financial statements, based on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles that help to optimize management. The objectives were met as the investigative process development; finding concrete solutions to the weaknesses identified in the accounting control which will facilitate the timely company executives make decisions for the development of enterprise solutions. The accounting process is performed with the supporting documentation provided by the union's, from the initial inventory accounts (baseline condition), the opening of journal, ledger, trial balance, worksheet, settings, status Income, Statement of financial Position, Cash Flow Statement and application of financial indicators. Once the thesis work makes clear the importance of the implementation of accounting services and application of financial indicators in the "Operator Union and Mechanical Equipment Gold" for the development of commercial activities which allow you to have with accurate and timely information on the progress of business information so that your managers are recommended to adopt the proposal made in this research work, as a tool of the accounting process by multi-account system, enabling to organize and control its resources effectively and earn higher profits.
