Resumo:The Curricular Integration Work entitled "Management Audit of the Ktaxi and Clipp Products of the Company Kradac Cía. Period 2022" was carried out with the objective of fulfilling several purposes, which include the evaluation of the internal control system, the application of management indicators and the preparation of the audit report. To achieve the first objective, a comprehensive evaluation of the internal control system applied to Ktaxi and Clipp products was carried out. This evaluation was essential to gather relevant information on the management of these products, to prepare audit programs and to determine the procedures to be used. In the course of this process, several deficiencies were identified, which are detailed below: In the analysis of the Ktaxi product, the lack of consideration of external and internal factors in the identification of risks that could affect the objectives was noted. The absence of control activities in the processes of acquisition, development and maintenance of the technology used was also observed. In addition, a lack of an organized system for maintaining complete and orderly information on all the procedures generated by the sale, use and consumption of the product was identified. This analysis yielded a high confidence level of 81.25% and a low risk level of 18.75%. Regarding the Clipp product, there was evidence of a lack of control activities for the processes of acquisition, development and maintenance of the technology associated with the application. However, the analysis revealed a high confidence level of 93.75% and a low risk level of 6.25%. To achieve the second objective, management indicators were implemented to provide an accurate view of the company's real efficiency, effectiveness and quality. This strategy not only provided a clearer understanding of key aspects such as sales, labor and customer satisfaction, but also allowed for a detailed evaluation of customer service. This approach was instrumental in establishing measures to maintain solid control over the company's overall management. In addition, the application of these indicators facilitated the precise identification of situations that could represent potential risks, as well as the detection of opportunities that could translate into savings and higher levels of profitability. Based on the results obtained, the Final Report was prepared and submitted for review to the CEO and other company authorities. This report contains comments, conclusions and recommendations that will be fundamental to strengthen the internal control system and corporate management.
