INCIDENCIA DE LAS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS IMPLEMENTADAS POR EL CONCEJO CANTONAL DE SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA, EN EL SENTIDO DE SEGURIDAD DE LA POBLACIÓN DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA PERIODO 2014

The following thesis work called "IMPACT OF PUBLIC POLICIES IMPLEMENTED BY THE CANTONAL COUNCIL OF CITIZEN SECURITY, IN THE SENSE OF SECURITY OF THE POPULATION OF LOJA CITY PERIOD 2014" It was elaborated taking into account the phases of the research process, also it has been complied with the development and presentation of work as provided in the Rules of Academic System of the National University of Loja. This research starts with the objective of evaluating the sense of security of the lojana citizenship, that is to say the impact generated by the implementation of public policies by the Cantonal Council of citizen Loja Safety, to achieve this goal was determined, first, to identify the policies implemented, to know the institutional opinion about them, to identify indicators of crime, to establish the relationship with the sense of security and finally to identify the impact that generated policies in lojana citizenship. The results obtained based on the field research, thanks to the methodologies applied, in where it was conducted a literature review and implementation of surveys, after that it was moved to the discussion where it defined the relationship between implemented policies and sense of security. Finally, after identifying through the survey's sense of security in relation to the implemented policies, it states the impact of them. As the final part and based on the results, the conclusions and recommendations were developed.
