“Propuesta para la implementación de una Caja de Ahorro para los trabajadores del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Catamayo

This sector requires an entity to help improve their standard of living, likewise, an organization that helps with the management of resources allocated for activities of charitable type, for which the implementation of the savings arises, it is expected, to address those needs. For which a literature review, it contains a number of issues, which constitute our base and informative guide for the development of the project was structured. Also, we have a set of materials and methods that were used, in order to search, analyze, and select the suitable information collected through surveys of municipal workers Catamayo, information, by which it was achieved fulfillment of the objectives of this research work the same as fall within the following studies: In the market study carried out a socio-economic analysis of workers in the Autonomous Government Decentralized Catamayo, by applying 120 surveys, the same that allowed to know the economic conditions, as their income and expenses, how as save, the entities who come in case of a loan, likewise, to know what would be our effective partners, ie those who actually form part of the box as a partner, in order to achieve justify why which implement the necessary savings. Then a technical study which is achieved indicate the installed capacity and capacity utilization as potential savings and credit demand of the box is made, also know the number of credits that the box may cover in the first year, underscoring that to start, the loan amounts are $ 387 per member, likewise set the macro and micro-box location. Likewise, an Administrative and Legal Study, in which the organizational part and each of the functions to be carried out, justo as che legal framework is established is established, the way how to constitute the internal regulations of the institution is carried out . Subsequently , an economic study which analyzed and determined what would be the amount needed to invest in the project, and finally financially evaluates the project by the technical application as Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return Ratio is performed Profit cost, Payback Period of Investment and a sensitivity analysis which allows usto know the maximum limit how far they can give both your income and expenses. After conducting these studies, it is concluded that the project is feasible, because it has the indicated number of partners who agree and willing to assist in the establishment of the savings, the amount reversed has no value very high, the staff would be reduced, becoming the president, credit committee and a cashier the only one that would be paid, because the small number of partners does not demand much staff. Through the application of financial techniques, it is that the project shows a positive net present value, an Internal Rate of return higher than expected return, a profit of 0.24 cents. for every dollar invested, this being one of the reasons why, workers of the municipality of Canton Catam ayo, the implementation of this proposal in order, to meet the needs that remain as an organization is recommended.
