Summary:The current education in our country is inclusive, however, many of us teachers are not properly updated with the information to be able to comply with this teaching-learning process, given the need to provide efficient and quality resources with appropriate motivational strategies for students who have learning disabilities of dyscalculia.The main objective of this research was systematizing the motivational strategies used in the teaching-learning process of students with dyscalculia in the fifth grade of the Escuela Básica Particular Miguel Ángel Suárez. Describe motivational strategies aimed at improving teaching and learning in students with dyscalculia; Identify motivational strategies used by teachers in the teaching and learning of fifth grade students with dyscalculia at the Escuela Básica Particular Miguel Ángel Suárez; and propose a guide of motivational strategies to improve the learning of students with dyscalculia at the Escuela Básica Particular Miguel Ángel Suárez. The research had a methodological focus of social and practical character, among the methods applied were scientific, descriptive, inductive, deductive, analytical and bibliographic documentation, which helped the theoretical reinforcement of this study. The instruments used were the survey and interview applied to 2 teachers and 42 students. As a result, it is highlighted that the teachers' planning does not include motivational strategies, reason why the students state that the classes are boring and difficult to understand. It is considered necessary work on the emotional part of the students, especially when they have a learning problem as dyscalculia, developing these at the beginning of a class and thus taking into account mood and predisposition acquiring new knowledge.
