Zusammenfassung:This research project aims to determine the feasibility for the creation of a microenterprise that produces and markets pork sausages in Gonzanamá Canton of Loja Province, which will serve to maximize the production of pigs in the canton, providing adequate processing for the consumption of the Gonzanama population and its surroundings. In turn, for the execution of this project, it was necessary to use the quantitative, inductive, deductive and simple non-experimental descriptive methods. Aided by data collection techniques, 348 surveys were applied to families in the Gonzanamá Canton, both in rural and urban parishes, and to 7 points of sale in this canton, whose market study results show that derivatives such as sausage and mortadella are the most representative products, in terms of sausage there is 50% acceptance of this product, followed by mortadella with 47% acceptance in terms of tastes and preferences. Whose unsatisfied demand for the first year is 174,714 pounds of sausages per year. Regarding the capacity used, a total of 130,000 pounds of sausages per year is obtained. The company will be located in the Gonzanamá canton, Gonzanamá parish, San Pedro neighborhood, in front of the central park. The factory for the production of sausages has the name "Embutidos OJEDA", which is adopted by the sole proprietorship. The investment required for the implementation of the company is $45,797.66. The unit cost for the first year of sausage and mortadella amounts to $2.20 dollars per pound, whose selling price to the public of the two sausage derivatives is $2.50 dollars, whose profit received in the first year is $23,621.31 . Regarding the financial indicators, it was obtained; Positive NPV of 2.03. IRR 70.87%. PRC the investment is recovered in 1 year, 8 months and 19 days. Benefit-Cost Ratio 1.22. sensitivity analysis; the maximum percentage to increase in costs is 1.10%, in turn, the maximum percentage of decrease in income is 1.10%. Finally, it is concluded that the sausage factory project in Gonzanamá canton is feasible, and profitable over time.
