Итог:The present end of career project (ECP) describes the development and implementation of an Academic Management System (ACADMASY) for Particular Educative Units of Loja City, which improves academic, and financial processes: such as enrollment, subject to quota, creating lists, courses, reports, monitoring of teachers, recording and accessing grades, attendance, behavior, tuition fees, pensions and payments to teachers all geared to the web. The use of the web application ACADMASY allowed the real estate "Toledo & Toledo" Real Estate automation and proper management of their activities academic and administrative, managing to improve the quality of service to beneficiaries. To fulfill the objectives of ECP, we used data collection techniques, such as real or direct observation, interviews were applied to the administrative staff, while surveys were used to the academic staff. For processing, analysis and interpretation of the information the handled methods were: analytical, inductive and deductive, quantitative and bibliographic. For ACADMASY use of free tools such as PHP language, the Yii framework, the Apache web server and MySQL as database manager , allowed us to develop the web application by reducing the time and costs, in addition to providing greater security and stability in the information handled. The system has been built following a methodology ICONIX software development to be one of the most well-known and used in the present, in addition to be a tool that allows the rapid and agile development through stages, covering the entire life cycle of a project. The architecture that has been used to develop the system was the MVC (Model-View-Controller) which has allowed decouple the user interface from the business logic and the data model. Finally testing functionality and usability were applied to check whether the system meets the design specifications and requirements analysis. (Traducido por Fine-Tuned English Language Institute.
