Shrnutí:They are considered to the Illnesses of Sexual Transmission as a true epidemic of our time, they constitute an infection of great magnitude and a problem of public health at world level, the lack of information to be protected of the illnesses of included sexual transmission the VIH/sida and the indiscriminate sexual activity and without protection, they are factors and more outstanding behaviors of risk for the acquisition of these illnesses The objective of the present work was to identify the knowledge it has more than enough Illnesses of Sexual Transmission with preventive ends, according to Age and Sex in the community of the neighborhood Laugh Blanco, canton Paquisha, county of Zamora Chinchipe, period June - August 2014. The methodology used for its elaboration was a descriptive study, prospective with quantitative design, having like sample 50 people divides for sex and for groups etarios (adolescents and mature people). Using for the gathering of the information a questionnaire, which was applied the members of the community during Julio's month and August. The obtained results point out that the population's 60% is feminine, 78% is mature people, 66% doesn't know about the illnesses of sexual transmission, the good known ETS is the HIV in 34% (men) and 52% (women), the measures of prevention that you/they know are to cohabit with a single couple (monogamy) in 68%, and 16% he/she doesn't answer if he/she knows some measure of prevention, the sources of information are the friends in 84%, based on the results to elaborate a guide educational dirigída to the community of the neighborhood I Laugh Blanco, fulfilling this way one of the environments of the infirmary action that is the education.
