The main findings indicate that concrete educational resources have to be tangible, contextualized, and supportive of diversity, as a result, fostering active student engagement in the enhancement of mathematical skills. Moreover, their integration into curricular plans as games and puzzles help to the reinforcement of mathematical skills. In conclusion, tangible educational resources must be easy to use and adaptable to different learning styles among students. This allowed the development of a didactic guide incorporating the Rubik's Cube, Soma Cube, and Chess as specific educational resources for the development of mathematical logical thinking. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar los recursos educativos concretos que favorecen el desarrollo del pensamiento lógico matemático en los estudiantes de Octavo de Educación General Básica Superior, así como, identificar las características y formas de implementación. Por lo tanto, se planteó una investigación de enfoque cualitativo, con un alcance descriptivo, de tipo documental; las técnicas fueron revisión documental y el fichaje, con los instrumentos de bitácora de búsqueda, fichas bibliográficas y de contenido. Los principales resultados indican que los recursos educativos concretos deben ser tangibles, contextualizados y apoyen a la diversidad, de manera que favorezcan la participación activa de los estudiantes en el desarrollo de habilidades matemáticas, además, su implementación dentro las planificaciones curriculares como juegos y rompecabezas ayudan al fortalecimiento de habilidades matemáticas. En conclusión, los recursos educativos concretos deben ser manipulables y adaptables a los diferentes estilos de aprendizaje en los estudiantes. Esto permitió elaborar una guía didáctica implementando el cubo de Rubik, cubo Soma y Ajedrez como recursos educativos concretos para el desarrollo del pensamiento lógico matemático.
