Zusammenfassung:This research work has as its title: "PROPOSED SUPPLY CHAIN AND MARKETING OF DRUGS LABORATORIES BAGÓ OF ECUADOR" and the overall objective of it is to make a proposal for improving the supply chain and marketing of medicines Laboratory BAGÓ of Ecuador. The methodology used for the development of this research is the deductive method, inductive method, the statistical method that allowed manipulating qualitative and quantitative research data; and used for the treatment of the data obtained from the application of the instruments of data collection. The techniques and instruments, the survey was mainly used to lift the information of all customers and supplier Laboratory "BAGÓ" of Ecuador, near the cities of Loja and Cuenca. The population and sample used was the portfolio of 230 clients, both in the province of Azuay, as in the province of Loja, which according to the size of the population, or any mathematical model is used to determine the sample, so has been considered as a sign take 50% of the population; in this case 115 customers, 65 in the city of Cuenca and 50 in the city of Loja. The results, yield related information problems about delivery time, mainly because Laboratory "BAGÓ" , not planned delivery to major pharmacies, has not determined the amounts of goods to be distributed and thus a delay occurs in the delivery of the products. So we have 74.2% of the owners of pharmacies indicate that orders will not arrive on time; and the time delay is between 4 to 7 days. This problem is due to poor inventory management; problems in the management of transport and distribution. Another problem identified is related to the quantities requested, since a large percentage of the owners of the pharmacies surveyed indicate that the quantities requested do not reach them as requested; And, that great part of products that do not arrive to him are between 1 to 20 units. This problem is due to poor inventory management; Problems in the management of transport and distribution. Returns is another critical points found, as Laboratory "BAGÓ", does not meet the requested specifications, is so large percentage of owners surveyed pharmacies, indicate that returned products not meet the requested specifications and going from 1 to 20 units. This problem is due to poor inventory management; problems in the management of transport and distribution. The proposed improvement to the supply chain and marketing of drugs has to be focused on removing all that does not add value and re-structuring processes from planning to verification of the activities carried out from the cycle of continuous improvement, looking streamline the process flow in processes: Planning, Internal processes, process Information; Verification, and Decision Making. It is recommended to executives Laboratory "BAGÓ", implement the proposed indicators, and that after its implementation is necessary to monitor the recording of information is made and make a feedback from these, to generate strategies to make continuous improvement to throughout the supply chain and logistics.
