| Streszczenie: | When children have access to a good education and are raised in respectful environments, they are more likely to become successful adults. However, educators often face challenges as they strive to fulfill their mission of providing quality education to students. Under this context, the following objective is proposed: Analyze the impact of educational leadership in improving coexistence between teachers and seventh-year students of Basic Education at the Francisco de Orellana Educational Unit, in the 2023-2024 school year. For the development of the degree work, a mixed approach was used, combining a descriptive and correlational study, to obtain a deep understanding of the relationship between educational leadership and coexistence; We worked with a cross-sectional design, which aims to describe variables and analyze their incidence at a certain time; The survey technique was used, making it necessary to design a questionnaire and apply it to students and teachers. The results show that the educational coexistence between teacher and students of the 7th Year of Basic Education of the Francisco de Orellana Educational Unit is not good, because there are inappropriate behaviors in the majority of the students. It is necessary to have a comprehensive improvement plan based on educational leadership, which encompasses strategies to promote positive coexistence, strengthen the continuous training of teachers, and promote a school culture of respect and collaboration. |
