Causas de complicaciones de la diabetes mellitus en usuarios del hospital general Francisco De Orellana De Coca. año 2013 -2014

The deal of investigation was because of the causes of complications of diabetes mellitus in users of the General Hospital General of Francisco the Orellana from Coca. The investigation had as purpose to know the reasons that made complications with with Diabetes Mellitus. The population of studying was of 37 people with diabetes, they are addressed in Coca city. The author was motivated in this deal when she observed a high index of people with diabetes and the complications were done without a constant following by the personnel of health and also the lack of responsibility from the user to do the indicated treatment. The design of the investigation was the transversal stable type, descriptive and bibliographic and from the camp. The results of the investigation made us know that the population has knowledge of the disease but because of not caring and the distance where the new hospital is located, it is difficult for them to have access to the medical controls. It was identified that mellitus diabetes affects with more percentage to women than men, to mestizos married and coming from the urban sectors, of primary education. It is more visible in people of 70 and 79 years old. Thed researcher made a manual, an educative activity and a brochure in which it constants the purpose of nursery to get a better quality of life, through actions leaded to the users specially to those ones who assume seriously the care themselves.
