Tilføj Tag | Summary: | The reality facing our country having no truly identified citizens has generated problems different research centers such as the National System of Identity (SNI), the Specialized System of Legal Medicine (SEML) and Prosecutors, to combat acts that discuss people against the law, synthesizes my study to the rights that people have about their identity and the weaknesses that exist in research systems using tools offered by technology as is the genetic fingerprint that will improve still needed the speed of the processes in the search for true justice. The importance is that citizens constitutionally have the right to personal and collective identity, which includes having duly registered and freely chosen name; and conserve, develop and strengthen the material and immaterial characteristics of identity. For the above my work is focused to the study of the margins of error with research systems to identify people making possible my proposal to have the genetic code in the identity card and the creation Ecuadorian citizens |
