Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | The purpose of this research work is the formulation of the academic threads belonging to the Postgraduate Management process framed in the Management by Results of the Postgraduate Directorate of the National University of Loja, trying to achieve efficiency and effectiveness contributing to the achievement of institutional objectives. The need to develop these subprocesses is reflected in their non-existence, due to the fact that the Postgraduate Directorate has been recently created, starting to function on April 1, 2022. In the development of the present investigative work, the qualitative approach and the analytical, inductive and synthetic methods were used, which allowed analyzing the results obtained in the situational diagnosis, identifying the existing problems and describing the most important aspects of the object of investigation. In addition, information collection instruments were applied (semi-structured interview and observation sheet) that allowed obtaining data on the current situation of the management and the sub-processes. In the results of the work, a situational diagnosis (SWOT analysis) is shown and a proposal to improve the academic threads carried out by the Postgraduate Directorate is proposed. It also shows the advantages and disadvantages that, according to the key actors, the proposed process manual presents. |
