| Zusammenfassung: | During adolescence, a variety of events can arise, influences by several factors: social, familiar, and personal. All of this, combined with a lack of sexual education and an unfavourable family environment, can create conditions for one of the most frequent problems in this age group – early pregnancy, both risk and protective factors. It was constructed based on the PRISMA ScR guidelines and JBI manuals. Once the databases were selected, the search equation was entered using health science descriptors/ free terms and Boolean operators. After selecting the studies, the screening phase was conducted by applying eligibility criteria, followed by the removal of duplicates. The following results were obtained: the risk factors are low educational level, deteriorated emotional state, family dysfunction, middle-low economic status, living in rural areas, and limited access to health services. On the other hand, the protective factors are: ate the intrapersonal level, a high level of knowledge about family planning methods and a high educational level; at the interpersonal level, protection is provided by having a stable romantic partner or, alternatively, being single/divorced, along with good family relationships. It is concluded that factors studied has significant relevance in establishing themselves as either allies or obstacles in preventing adolescent pregnancies |
