Its impact on employees has led different companies to focus on implementing a healthy communication system. In this context, this work aims to analyze Servientrega's internal communication process in order to increase employee engagement in relation to the values proposed by the organization during an exploratory and transversal study by applying a survey to 121 employees, a corporate email observation matrix, and interviews with four employees from different departments, from May to August 2024. For this thesis, a mixed methodology was used: qualitative and quantitative through a field observation study and interviews with the different hierarchies that make up Servientrega. Among the results obtained, the lack of awareness of corporate values among service providers also highlights the importance of fostering more fluid internal communication with opportunities for feedback between all company departments. It also reflects that 38.3% of employees believe that Servientrega maintains a transparent and open communication system. It is concluded that the communication process proposed by the organization is appropriate for communicating its corporate values and also demonstrates a window of opportunity to improve communication in terms of speed, usefulness, and effectiveness |
