| Ամփոփում: | This thesis contains the Participatory Formulation Management Plan Fisco Misional Agroecological Farm School "Amazonian Ecuador" in the province of Zamora Chinchipe, jointly developed with the educational community - authorities, teachers and students, in which process stakeholders were gradually appropriating the same. Whose objectives were to establish a structured proposal as a didactic production system that responds to a competency curriculum designed according to the socioeconomic and productive reality of the area and strengthening the farm school "Amazonian Ecuador" with the implementation of three productive enterprises. In the diagnostic phase of the initial situation of the school was identified in administrative and production areas, using tools to this end, while the facilities of the farm was known and based on the information obtained, the proposal was developed Farm Management, using methodological tools such as Logical Framework matrix, SWOT matrix, matrix involved, Problem Tree and Objective Tree. For the development of the activities under the project will be received financial support from Education Without Borders (ESF) through the project "Agro-Ecological Education and Citizen Participation in the southern region of Ecuador" and the collaboration ofthe educational community. Six productive enterprises to strengthen the farm, which are settled: Guinea Pigs Production, Production & Plant Propagation for Nursery, Crop Production Cycle Perennial (Cacao and Banana), Creole Hens Production, Vegetable Production, Productivity Improvement Cattle, constituting in teaching these scenarios to develop the teaching and learning of technical agricultural graduates. |
