| Summary: | Develop a Strategic Marketing Plan for Warehouse Artefacta Branch 3 of the city of Loja, was the main objective of this thesis, which was developed through the use of scientific, deductive, inductive, analytic and synthetic method, allowing to conduct a study demonstrating the reality of the entity, in addition to data collection techniques of observation, interview the Head of Agency survey of 12 employees currently working at the branch and a sample of 318 clients were used. By crossing the variables that established seven strategic objectives, among which stands out; Plan Book , "Recycle your appliance Plan" and "Plan change your kitchen to a gas induction", each objective is composed of operational plans which contribute to position itself as a responsible entity Artefacta with environmental care . The need for the implementation of the proposed budget is $ 8,075.00. Finally the implementation of the proposal is recommended, since it allows to shift the business focused on social awareness and environmental stewardship. |
