Nivel de articulación de los Planes de Desarrollo y Ordenamiento Territorial de los GADs parroquiales que integran la Zona 2 de planificación con el Plan de Desarrollo y Ordenamiento Territorial del GAD Loja, en el modelo de gestión 2014-2019

The present thesis work called "PLACEMENT LEVEL OF THE DEVELOPMENT PLANS AND TERRITORIAL MANAGEMENT OF PARISH GADS THAT INCLUDE PLANNING ZONE 2 WITH THE GAD LOJA DEVELOPMENT AND ORDINATION PLAN OF THE GAD LOJA IN THE MANAGEMENT MODEL 2014 -2019" Was elaborated taking into account each of the phases of the investigative process, as well as compliance with the development and presentation of the work in accordance with the Regulations of Academic Regime of the National University of Loja. On the other hand part with the objective of determining the level of articulation of the Plans of Development and Territorial Ordering of the Parochial GADs of Zone 2 with the Plan of Development and Territorial Ordering of the Cantonal GAD of Loja, in the model of Management period 2014 -2019 to achieve this goal, it was first established to determine the strategies for articulation implemented for the management of cantonal and parish plans and projects, as well as to identify the projects proposed by the cantonal PDYOT that are related in the Human Settlements Table and in last Place, Check whether program and project proposals are intended to cover the unsatisfied basic needs of parochial GADs in zone 2. The results obtained on the basis of the field research, are presented thanks to the methodologies applied, in which a review of the literature and the application of interviews and surveys were carried out, later on the results and discussion were carried 5 out. And as a final part and based on the results, we developed conclusions and recommendations, where as a main conclusion we have the level of articulation of the PDYOT of the parochial GADs that integrate Zone 2 of planning with the PDYOT of the GAD Loja, in the model of management 2014-2019, has a partial articulation the same happens in the level of articulation being Taquil, Chantaco, Gualel and El Cisne that have a partial articulation and the Chuquiribamba GAD, a no-articulation.
