Sistema de gestión administrativo para el Departamento de Recursos Humanos del Hospital Provincial General "Isidro Ayora de Loja.

Our investigative work is focused to the registration and control of the Personnel of the Provincial General Hospital "Isidro Ayora of Loja", with the purpose of supporting the personnel of the Department of Human resources that has an efficient control of people that they work in the institution. This investigation project is an Administrative System of Management that allows to organize in systematic form the information, to Generate Lists of Payment of Employees and Workers, as well as to care the personnel's data, of the hour of entrance and hour of exit of the clock, to connect them to the system and power to take a strict control on the part of the Directive of the Hospital of people that work and that they fulfill the work days daily. For the development you uses technical of investigation that allowed to gather and to analyze all the information and to determine which they are the different problems that with they take the personnel's bad organization. This system is also carried out under the platform .NET, Visual programming language Basic 2005 and database SQL Server 2005.
